When do Signature pre-orders ship?
Signature Collection pre-orders are expected to ship in mid-October.
What is the difference between Classic and Signature?
Classic features a velvet body, faux-fur topper, double-sided rope drawstring with faux-fur pom-poms, and a To/From gift tag. Simply pull the rope to close the bag. Signature is designed for personalization. Available in satin, velvet, or a combination of both, each bag features built-in ribbon loops that hold the ribbon in place and includes a handle. Build your bag by choosing your ribbon color and gift tag at checkout. Classic is ready to gift; Signature is build your own look.
What Signature sizes are available?
Mini / XS: 5 in × 8 in for jewelry, gift cards, candles, and small treasures. Small: 5 in × 14.7 in for beauty, accessories, small toys, and special finds. Bottle: 5 in × 19.7 in for wine, champagne, and bottled gifts. Medium: 10 in × 18.7 in for clothing, shoes, books, and boxed gifts. Large: 10 in × 27.1 in for coats, boots, larger toys, and multiple gifts. Extra Large: 20 in × 36 in for oversized gifts, bulky items, and showstoppers.
Can I buy extra accessories?
Yes! Extra gift tags, ribbons in different colors, and attachable charms are available separately, so you can personalize your Attoux bag for any gift or occasion.
What comes with an Attoux bag?
Every Attoux bag includes a gift tag and a coordinating enclosure: either a ribbon or rope with pom-poms, depending on the design.
How do I change the ribbon on my Signature bag?
It’s easy. Simply slide the ribbon through the built-in ribbon loops, just like threading a belt through belt loops, then tie your bow. Swap colors and styles anytime to give your Attoux bag a whole new look.
Is it reusable?
Absolutely. Attoux bags are designed to be gifted, reused, and enjoyed again and again, making beautiful gift wrap part of the gift itself.
How is shipping calculated?
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95, and orders of $100 or more receive free standard shipping automatically. Shipping is calculated after you enter your delivery address at checkout, and the final amount is shown before payment.
