The terms governing use of Attoux.com and purchases made through the Site.
Last updated: August 28, 2026This website is operated by Attoux. Throughout the Site, we, us, and our refer to Attoux. By accessing the Site or purchasing from Attoux, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products, services, website, photographs, designs, trademarks, or other materials for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, transmit malware or malicious code, or interfere with the Site or its security.
We make reasonable efforts to display merchandise accurately. Fabrics, velvet, satin, tartan, prints, ribbon, embellishments, and other textiles may have natural or production variations; pattern placement may vary; electronic colors may differ by device and settings; and dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated. These variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
All merchandise is subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, change assortments, introduce limited editions, or decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will issue an applicable refund.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated and may change without notice. A price change does not affect a completed order except to correct an obvious pricing error where permitted by law. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear during checkout where required.
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel for product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, purchase-limit violations, promotion misuse, or other legitimate reasons. Any collected payment for a canceled order will be refunded.
Promotions and discount codes are subject to stated terms, may expire, may apply only to eligible merchandise, may not be combined unless expressly permitted, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law. Codes must be entered at checkout when required.
The Attoux name, logos, bag and graphic designs, photography, fabric designs, artwork, written content, collection names, taglines, packaging concepts, and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Attoux and protected by law. Nothing on the Site grants permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, imitate, or exploit them without written authorization.
If you submit or tag Attoux in photographs, reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you retain rights you otherwise have. We do not claim ownership solely because content is submitted. We may request permission before using customer content for advertising beyond the associated feature.
The Site may contain third-party links or integrations. Attoux is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability, security, or policies. You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes; to violate intellectual-property rights; submit false information; transmit harmful code; interfere with security; scrape or misuse Site information; impersonate another person; engage in fraud; or misuse discounts, promotions, payment systems, or accounts.
Attoux products are for gift presentation, gift storage, and decorative reuse. Gift bags, ribbons, handles, cords, charms, tags, and accessories are not toys. Keep them away from babies and young children unless closely supervised. Do not place a bag, ribbon, cord, or handle around a person's or animal's head, neck, or body. Do not allow children or pets to climb into or become enclosed in a bag. Small components may present a choking hazard.
Bags and handles are not designed to support a person's weight or for climbing, lifting, carrying, restraining, or any purpose other than ordinary presentation and storage. Keep fabric, ribbons, and decorative components away from flames, candles, fireplaces, hot surfaces, and excessive heat. Inspect before reuse and discontinue use if damaged or excessively worn. Use reasonable care with heavy, fragile, sharp, or breakable items.
Attoux is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper storage, failure to follow instructions or warnings, or use for an unintended purpose, except where liability cannot be limited by law. To the fullest extent permitted, the Site and its content are provided as available, and Attoux will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies, consumer rights, or liability required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Attoux harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful Site use or material violation of these Terms.
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies posted on the Site constitute the agreement regarding Site use and purchases, subject to non-waivable rights.
These Terms are governed by Washington State law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's consumer-protection laws must apply.
